EAC main Service center was inaugurated in May, 1996. Located in Ard El lewa area just a few hundred meters far from hart of Mohandeseen , EAC service center is on easy reach for better customers convenience . Built on ample area of 4,000 Sqm. under one roof in addition to 2,000 sqm. of parking and storage area next to it. Such huge facility is integrating also three floors of administration building, where SMG Head- quarters are located as well.

Service is equipped with special tools and has sufficient number of trained engineers and technicians capable to service: Porsche, SEAT, Mercedes-Benz and SsangYong. Each brand have a separate area and specialized engineers, while body and painting shops are serving all brands. State of the art equipment is installed for precise diagnosis and interventions. Mercedes –Benz star diagnosis, Porsche diagnosis, SEAT diagnosis, Hunter wheel alignment and brake tester, EAG diagnosis, Robinair air-conditioning equipment, Celite and Car Bench body stretching, BlowTherm painting oven, Rotary post lifts … etc are the brand names of carefully selected and installed service equipment.

Naturally the best equipment is not enough, our strength are the people, trained and dedicated. Training are planned well in advance with car manufacturers and before the new model is commercialized EAC technicians are trained already.

EAC has also VOR intervention team and towing vehicle.

Operation of service is coordinated with After Sales department, which permanent focus is the customers and their satisfaction.
